Two dedicated teachers, voluntarily working in container classrooms at Çekmece Şehit Türkmen Primary School in Defne/Hatay—one of the schools affected by the earthquake—reached out to us, stating that the hot weather conditions were seriously impacting both education and their students’ attention and health. We donated 2 air conditioners to this school. In the new academic year, the students will listen attentively to their teachers and achieve greater success in their studies, in their newly renovated, beautiful classrooms.
