Fourth Annual “Popular Songs” event organized by Turkish American Ladies League (TALL) brought approximately 70 Turkish Americans of Southern California together one more time. An evening that our community members look forward to!
The event took place at Sako’s Restaurant in Reseda. The food, the service, the Rakı, the wines; everything was perfect. As always, all our guests looked very chic, elegant and beautiful.
The music offered by Yasin was a feast and kept all the guests on the dance floor all night, even the servers were holding tempo to the music. One of the biggest surprises of the evening was Demetra’s performance. She added a great touch of class to the entertainment of the evening.
It has become a tradition to celebrate March and April Birthdays at this event! Last night was no exception; there were two Birthday cakes as the guests chanted Happy Birthday to all who were born during these two months.
As always, the generous donations of our guests will go directly to our Charities. We thank Şule and Yalçın Çakmak, the winners of 50/50 for generously donating their winnings back to TALL.
All in all it was a very joyous and memorable evening. Some of our guests asked why we don’t have this event twice a year. Well, we may, you never know!
