As we near the end of the year, I am so proud of TALL’s accomplishments! Our success was made possible with your solid support, resolve, commitment, hard work and dedication to our wonderful Turkish American society in Southern California.

Your TALL organization has been able to raise through donations and fees in excess of $15,000 in 2005.

We are going to hold our 3rd annual election on December 11th. Please mark your calendars. There is an open position on the Board of Directors, vacated as a result of Demetra Mustafoglu’s term completion. If you would like to become a board member, please send a short write up telling us about yourself to by December 6th.

The Turkish American Ladies League (TALL) is a chapter organization of ATASC, the Association of Turkish Americans of Southern California, a 501(c) charity. If you reside within the boundaries of Southern California and you are not already a member of TALL, we invite you to take the challenge to become a part of our Charity Organization and give service to our community here and abroad. This is an excellent time of the year when you can do something very special by making a commitment and giving of your time, self and support to our designated charities. We truly mean-Tell a Friend; Bring a Friend; Be a Friend! TALL is here to forward women’s interests and highlight the Turkish presence in mainstream American society. We are determined to make a difference.

With your paid membership, you will be entitled to all benefits offered by TALL, ATASC and its chapters. TALL’s ability to fulfill its mission of service to the Turkish-American community depends on you. Please send in your 2005-2006 annual membership dues which start as low as $25 for students, $50 for adults.
