On December 3rd, TALL attended the annual Christmas Party of Blind Children’s Learning Center in Santa Ana. We brought cookies, small gifts for every child and presented our check to them, the school director thanked us graciously. It was a joyful event where Dr. Demetra Mustafaoğlu, our Emeritus member, singing Christmas songs and Professor Wayne Behlendorf accompanying her on the piano. The kids were participating in the songs cheering, dancing and singing along. She interacted with each child individually while performing which made them very happy. One boy even hugged her after last few songs and sat in her lap.
We left the Blind Children’s center again with satisfaction which one hardly compare with anything else, making them happy for a short time and helped them financially which was possible with your contributions.
